Ordering Process

All clients - It's as easy as 1-2-3
  1. Initial Needs Assessment
    Contact us (Susan@Resume-Magic.com or phone 866-881-4055 toll-free U.S.) so we can discuss your needs. Also, email your resume to us so we can become familiar with your background.

  2. Service Agreement
    Complete, sign and email the Client Agreement to Susan@Resume-Magic.com
    To obtain the Service Agreement, print it out from the link below, or request that we email it to you. Be sure to read it carefully before signing and returning it to us.

  3. Fee Payment / EZ-ORDER
    50% Deposit is required before beginning your project, with balance due upon email delivery of documents or end of phone consultation. Our site is enabled with secure e-commerce so you can pay by credit card online. Be sure to give us your credit card data on the Service Agreement so we can verify the information for the order.

EZ-ORDER FORM

Career Counseling Initial Intake
One-hour session in which we discuss your career background, issues and expectations. We will email you to set up an appointment. It is YOUR responsbility to call us at the scheduled time.
Career Focus Package
  1. Assessments/Homework Questions
    These comprehensive assessments are sent to you AFTER our initial intake consultation (see above item). Complete and return the assessments promptly. The initial one-hour consultation is included in this package price.

  2. Interpretation Session - 60 minutes
    Your results will be sent to you prior to this session. It is vital that we interpret these results for you in a telephone or in person session. Without such an interpretation, it is very possible you may draw erroneous conclutions!

  3. Follow-up Session - 60 minutes
    Together we will develop a Career Action Plan. This can lead to a targeted job search and/or continuing education plans. After this session, we recommend Career Coaching to keep you on target!

Resume Writing / Re-Writing
  1. Worksheet/Questionnaire
    We will send you resume worksheets and an occupation-specific questionnaire (in Word doc format) to assist you in developing the factual information for the resume. You can augment these materials with an existing resume.

  2. Information Consultation
    It is likely we will have questions after we receive your materials - we will contact you to set up a followup clarification session.

  3. Professional Resume Preparation
    We will prepare your customized resume, based on your proven VALUE and USPs (Unique Selling Points). Our resumes are written by Susan Guarneri, a Certified Expert Resume Writer and Certified Professional Resume Writer with 20+ years of experience. Your resume is NOT subcontracted to any other writers - period!

  4. Draft Review/Revisions/Final Approval
    The resume draft will be faxed or emailed to you within 5-7 business days for possible revisions.

    The final copy of your resume will be sent to you via e-mail.
